One evening, a seven year old girl named Sydney O’Leary was riding home from her grandparents’ house and her Mom wanted to stop for dinner. Sydney’s brothers were excited to eat. But, not Sydney. She refused to eat. She was resolved. She simply asked her Mom for bread instead. Trying to be supportive her Mom said, “Only if you tell me what is wrong.” With tears streaming down her face, she looked at her Mom and said, “WHY SHOULD WE EAT LIKE KINGS AND QUEENS WHEN THEY HAVE NOTHING?”
That planted the seed for a t-shirt, which grew into this ministry.
